Taking Matters Into Her Own Hands

K. has a "rainforest crib soother" that hangs in her crib. When it is on, it plays music and has lights and bubbling water. I mysteriously woke up to the sound of distant music a few mornings ago, and it took me several minutes to figure out what it was. K. figured out how to press the button and turn the crib soother on. I caught her in the act a couple of days later:
