Here is K. just after a bath. It's a little hard to tell in these photos, but when her hair is wet it seems to have a bit of natural curl in it. That would be exciting for her mom, whose hair won't even hold a curl, let alone have natural curl. It also means, though, that K. will probably have a lifetime of wishing her hair was a different texture (don't we all).
